• Your order needs to be in before 3pm the day before your scheduled delivery day.

• Sometimes we do not deliver in insulated boxes, so please make sure someone is in for the delivery.

• If a product you have ordered is out of stock, then we will replace this with a close like for like, or swop for something else you have already ordered.

• We aim to deliver your order by 11:30am.

• We do not refund any FROZEN products unless it is due to a manufactures fault. This is due to health and safety. For products that are not frozen, please give us a call so we can discuss the best options. They will need to be in their original packaging un-opened for any possible refund/exchange.

• If there is no-one in, we will leave the order somewhere within your boundary. If there is a specific place you would like us to leave it then please let us know in the comments section of your order

• There is a minimum spend of £20 for delivery, plus the delivery charge of £3.95
